the Driver gratuity of 20%. In addition they are subject
to airport fees, or C-470 toll fees if used.
DIA DROP OFF $3.00
When we drop you off at Denver International Airport, a
toll charge of $3.00 will be added to the trip amount.
HOLDING LOT PICK UPS $3.00
When you arrive at Denver International Airport, you must
take the train to the MAIN TERMINAL. After you have claimed
your baggage you must call the office. The Chauffeur will
be dispatched from the holding lot 1 mile from the main
terminal island one by door #504 or door #513. Please look on the vehicles dash for a
sign with your name on it. Toll charges of $3.00 will be
added to the trip amount.
BAGGAGE CLAIM $8.00
When you arrive at Denver International Airport you must
take the train to the MAIN TERMINAL. Our Driver will meet
you at the baggage claim area of your flight. The Chauffeur
will have a sign with your name on it. Parking fees of $5.00
for the first hour plus $2.50 each additional half hour
and toll charges of $3.00 will be charged.
DOOR #504 or #513 $8.00
If you do not check your baggage you can arrange to have
the driver meet you on the baggage claim number 17 on level
five (5) by door #504 (United and Northwest only) or baggage claim
number 6 on level five (5) at door #513 for all others. Please keep in mind that
all the doors on the East side of the terminal are even
numbered, and on the West side they are all odd numbered.
Parking fees of $5.00 for the first hour plus $2.50 each
additional half hour and toll charges of $3.00 will be charged.
GATE MEETS $40.00+Parking, Tolls, and Gratuity
If you are Handicap, Elderly or your Children are alone,
we can arrange for special authorization to meet at the
arrival GATE of the flight. Charges of $40.00 and parking
fees of $5.00 for the first hour plus $2.50 each additional
half hour and toll charges of $3.00 will be charged.
IF YOU'RE: LOST, MISSED, or CHANGED YOUR FLIGHT

If you get lost in the airport or do not see the driver,
please call our toll free number 888/741-LIMO. Our office
uses the world wide web to track your flight arrival status.
We will wait at the airport one hour after the arrival of
your flight. If you do not call to change or update your
flight information three hours prior to your TAKE OFF TIME,
you will be charged the full rate for the no show.
ADDITIONAL BAGGAGE
Each passenger is allowed one bag and carry on items. If
you have additional baggage (SKIS, GOLF CLUBS, DOG KENNELS)
a small 4X6 enclosed trailer will be used for a fee of $25.00.
ALL Stretch airport pick ups with more than FOUR and less
than EIGHT large bags will include the trailer at no charge,
but if you have more than EIGHT large bags, a $25.00 fee
for the trailer will be added.
CANCELLATIONS
You must cancel your airport transfer 72 hours prior to
pick up time for a full refund. Cancellations within the
12 hour time will be charged the rate for the vehicle. Parking,
Tolls, and Gratuity's will be refunded.
