Despite certified letter sent on December 30, 2003 (signed for on January 8, 2004) and a final letter sent on February 21, 2004 (signed for on March 1, 2004) Mr. Thomas has chosen not to respond to our demands for payment for services rendered. We now have a filed this and have issued Wayne Thomas with a Notice, Claim and Summons to Appear for Trial in Adams County, Small Claims Court, Case 04s368 on November 18, 2004 at the hour of 1:30 p.m.

Mr Thomas reported to be a Qwest Employee. Qwest refused to provide us with any employment information to track him down. The bank, Washington Mutual, indicated there were many other checks issued on this account for that last six months. The Police departments will not take a report for this one check and we hope that other people with returned checks find this information. This is why we are no longer accepting checks the night that the services are provided.
